Permission to speak freely? I make money through the content on this site.

In fact, one of the reasons that I started writing was to earn a living doing something that I absolutely enjoy! The sharing of ideas is a timeless tradition that I’m proud to carry on. I enjoy sharing the ideas that I have, getting feedback and further ideas from you, the reader, and then creating even more content so the discussion can continue.

Tons of fun, right? Well, as with most things these days, there is some legal mumbo jumbo that we must discuss. You remember that story in the Bible where Jesus asks whose picture is on the coin. Yeah, we’ve all got to render unto Caesar what is rightfully his.

That being said, I submit myself fully to the FTC Ruling for Bloggers. Why? Two reasons: 1. I want to protect myself and 2. I seek to be as trustworthy as possible in all that I do, blogging and websites are no different.

To that end, please note that the following is true 100% of the time when you read something found on this site:

  • Every piece of content has a financial impact.
  • Every piece of content may be used to promote a product, service, or affiliate business.
  • I will never promote a product or service that does not offer significant value to you, the reader.
  • I will not promote or encourage a product that I personally would not/have not used personally.
  • I cannot guarantee that my review will be positive, but it will be fair.
  • I reserve the right to use any advertiser on this site. Again, wouldn’t pimp something that I wouldn’t use.
  • Relevance. I will not promote something that isn’t relevant to you. That is like selling ketchup popsicles to the woman in white gloves.

Just want to say thanks for being my reader! I deeply appreciate your support in all of my endeavors and look forward to our continued partnership. As always, feel free to contact me directly if you’ve got a question/comment/concern!
